Double Choc Fudge Brownie

Ingredients

200g Dark Chocolate

125g Butter

2 Eggs

1 cup Plain Flour

cup Sugar

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Method

Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Melt the dark chocolate and the butter together in a Siliconezone Ripple Melty Melting. Once the dark chocolate and butter is melted to a smooth consistency, stir in the sugar and the eggs one at a time. Beat well using a wooden spoon. Sift the flour into the mixture and add the chocolate chips, and stir until just combined. Pour the mixture into a Siliconezone Samba Square Pan and bake in the oven for approximately 25 minutes. Set aside and allow the brownie to cool for approximately 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve with ice-cream or double cream for extra indulgence.
