Day One - Green Smoothie Challenge

A Green Smoothie Recipe for Beginners!


1 cup of kale

1 cup of water

1/2 cup frozen mango

½ pineapple

1 frozen banana


Chop up your kale into small pieces to assist your blender.

Add the water and the kale to the blender.

Blitz until smooth green water emerges.

Add the frozen mango and blitz.

Add your pineapple and blitz.

Add your banana and blitz.

Once nice and smooth pour into a glass and enjoy!
